Hawaii is still dealing with the aftermath of the Kona-low storms, as well as Hurricanes Lala and Lowell. The severe weather from Hurricane Lowell brought heavy rain and strong winds, toppled utility poles in Lihue, and led to flooding and other damages across Kauai.
