From its new office located on the 46th floor, WTCA aims to continue its mission of "Connecting Businesses, Globally." The headquarters illustrates both the organization's historical ties to New York and its global operational scope. The office is designed to foster connections among its members, enhance opportunities for international trade, and act as a central meeting point for business leaders and partners.

John E. Drew, Chair of the WTCA Board of Directors, emphasized the significance of the move, stating, "Returning our global headquarters to One World Trade Center is both a meaningful homecoming and a significant milestone for WTCA and our continued growth as a global organization." He noted that New York City has been WTCA's home for over five decades and that the organization now has a global reach across nearly 100 countries and territories.

The new headquarters occupies a suite of 2,556 square feet, featuring private offices, a conference room, and open workspace areas, complemented by views of the Hudson River and Midtown Manhattan, providing an ideal environment for collaboration.

Additionally, the headquarters enhances WTCA's ability to utilize New York as a convening point for its members, reflecting the city's crucial role in global commerce. The organization's network supports events that facilitate the exchange of insights, the formation of international relationships, and the identification of trade and investment opportunities.

WTCA will also have access to 25,000 square feet of amenity space called Well& by Durst on the 64th floor, which includes a sky lobby, café, and versatile meeting venues that will host gatherings and international delegations at this prominent business address.

Jody Durst, President of The Durst Organization, remarked that locating the headquarters at One World Trade Center aligns with WTCA’s international mission to enhance trade and business connections. This move is a continuation of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey's commitment to rebuilding the World Trade Center as a center of economic growth.

The office relocation is not just a return to historical roots; it provides WTCA with a permanent base to foster commerce and collaboration, serving as part of a network that aids businesses in accessing new markets and promoting international trade and investment.
