IRACE Digital Bank will provide the necessary banking infrastructure to facilitate efficient fiat transactions between Maple and its institutional counterparties. The addition of Maple is viewed by IRACE as a significant milestone toward becoming a key banking infrastructure that bridges traditional and digital financial markets.

The bank is also focused on expanding its institutional operations and enhancing its digital asset capabilities within its regulated jurisdictions. Additionally, related firms within the IRACE group are applying for more licenses to broaden their digital asset services in other regions.

John Cronin, global CEO of IRACE Digital Bank, remarked that Maple has established itself as a leading institutional credit platform in digital assets, and IRACE’s regulated banking framework is precisely designed to facilitate this synergy with traditional finance.

Sid Powell, CEO and co-founder of Maple, stated that as capital is deployed across fixed-income and credit markets, it is crucial that the banking layer operates at the same high standards as their lending activities, which is the objective they are pursuing with IRACE Digital.
