This collaboration will introduce Votiv, Candescent’s Intelligent Banking experience, to PSECU’s over 545,000 members. Currently managing more than $9 billion in assets, PSECU aims to leverage this platform to foster growth and enhance personalized digital banking services.
Votiv acts as the experiential layer of Candescent’s Intelligent Banking Platform, integrating digital interactions with real-time intelligence. PSECU intends to utilize this technology to offer more relevant guidance and connected experiences beyond traditional transaction-based banking.
George Rudolph, president and CEO of PSECU, stated, “Digital innovation has always been part of how PSECU serves its members, and this partnership represents an important next step in that journey. We are investing in the technology and capabilities that will allow us to create more personalized, connected experiences while continuing to deliver the trust and value our members expect from PSECU.”
PSECU chose Candescent following a competitive evaluation process and will be the inaugural client to implement Votiv, according to both parties.
This investment underscores PSECU’s commitment to digital service delivery, a focus it has maintained since introducing PSECU-at-home in 1995, which allowed members to conduct banking transactions from home using floppy disks.
The two organizations will now initiate joint planning and implementation, with this multi-year project aimed at aligning technology, data, and member experiences with PSECU’s growth strategy.
Headquartered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, PSECU serves over 545,000 members and manages more than $9 billion in assets, while Candescent specializes in providing digital banking technology solutions.
